My name is Gemma and those that know me well know that I have been teaching exercise classes and indoor cycling classes now for a number of years! In October I became a qualified Fit-Steps instructor so as well as my classes which I already teach I am setting up a new Fit Steps class in Stakeford! This class is a fun, energetic way to get fit and more importantly have fun. It combines latin and ba
