Today is our FINAL DAY OF CLASSES before we hit pause for summer break ā˜€ļøšŸ„Š

And honestlyā€¦

What a belta year so far!

And we have big plans to finish 2026 STRONG.

While weā€™re closedā€¦ the work behind the scenes doesnā€™t stop.

Weā€™re investing.

šŸ”„ Brand-new heating system for winter
ā„ļø Full air conditioning for summer
šŸ„Š Improvements across the academy
šŸ‘€ And a LOT more happening behind the scenesā€¦

September is going to bring some really exciting changes to Tempest.

Some youā€™ll see straight away.

Some weā€™re keeping under wraps for now šŸ˜‰

But one thing is certainā€¦

The next chapter is going to be our biggest yet.

Weā€™re constantly looking at how we can make Tempest betterā€¦ better coaching, better experiences, better facilities and more opportunities for our members.

Because standing still isnā€™t really our thing!

Weā€™ll be closed from Monday 17th August and back on the mats Tuesday 1st September.

And rememberā€¦ any missed classes are banked onto your account, so you wonā€™t lose them.

For now, enjoy the summer ā˜€ļø

Weā€™re excited to launch a brand-new daytime class designed specifically for Home Ed Kids aged 6-11yrs

Thursday 6th August, Tempest & Glen Roughead will be bringing the summer vibes to Tempest Blyth.

Train first.
Football after.

Pads are getting smashed.
Heart rates are going through the roof.
No holding back.

Most people donā€™t start because theyā€™re waiting to feel ready.
Ready very rarely comes.

The people here at Tempestā€¦
They showed up nervous.
Many out of shape.
Not knowing anyone.
Some hadnā€™t trained a day in their life.

Now theyā€™re the ones making others feel welcome.

Thatā€™s the culture here at Tempest.
No egos. No cliques.
Just people who decided to stop waiting and do something about itā€¦ and kept coming back because it actually felt good.

Kickboxing will get you fit for sure!
But itā€™ll also do something harder to explainā€¦ it builds a version of you that handles the pressures of life differently & helps you take on this world differently.
