💙 Father’s Day Stay & Play Event 💙

Join us for a very special Father’s Day celebration at Dinotots Nurseries!

We are delighted to invite all dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures to come along and enjoy a fun-filled Stay & Play session with their little ones. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time together, make special memories and take part in a range of exciting activities designed for both children and their grown-ups.

Our Stay & Play session will be packed with fun, laughter and plenty of opportunities for children and their special guests to learn, play and explore together. We can’t wait to celebrate the amazing father figures who play such an important role in our children’s lives.

What a beautiful week of learning and celebration at Dinotots Children’s Nursery as the children explored a wonderful range of Eid 2026 themed tuff tray activities! 🌙✨

Our nursery rooms were filled with colour, creativity and sensory fun as the children enjoyed exploring different textures, materials and imaginative play experiences linked to celebrating Eid. Eid is a very special celebration for many families around the world, bringing people together through kindness, gratitude, family time and sharing with others. It has been lovely for the children to learn about different cultures and traditions through play and hands-on activities. 💛

The children explored a variety of sensory tuff trays including colourful paint mixed with foam, creating exciting textures for little hands to investigate and mark make with. They also enjoyed filling and pouring activities using rice, scoops and plant pots, helping to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and early mathematical learning through measuring and exploring volume. 🌈

Watercolour painting encouraged creativity and self-expression while our fun frog play activities sparked lots of imagination, storytelling and communication between the children. 🐸🎨

Tuff tray activities are such an important part of early years learning, supporting children’s sensory development, problem solving, language, creativity and social interaction all through fun and engaging play experiences.

🌊🪨 Beach Adventure Fun at Dinotots Children’s Nursery 🪨🌊

What a lovely day we had at the beach enjoying a fantastic rock hunt adventure! The children had so much fun exploring the beach with their special checklist, searching carefully for different rocks and matching the correct colours, patterns and designs they could find.

There were lots of excited faces as the children worked together, looked closely at the different shapes and textures, and proudly ticked off each rock they discovered. The beach was filled with laughter, teamwork and little explorers eager to complete their challenge.

Activities like our rock hunt are a wonderful way to encourage children’s curiosity and learning through play. They help develop observation skills, problem-solving, communication and understanding of the natural world around them, all while enjoying the fresh air and making special memories together.

The children had an amazing time and loved every minute of their seaside adventure — a day full of smiles, discovery and fun! ☀️🏖️💙

🐰🌸 The Easter Bunny is on the way! 🌸🐰

We are so excited to share that the Easter Bunny is hopping its way across all of our Dinotots nurseries, bringing with it lots of smiles, laughter, and a little chocolatey surprise for all of our wonderful children! 🐣🍫

The nurseries have been full of Easter magic, with the children enjoying lots of fun activities with our fluffy bunny friends. From Easter crafts and egg hunts to sensory play and storytelling, there has been so much joy, excitement, and learning happening all around.

Moments like these create such special memories for the children, encouraging imagination, creativity, and lots of happy giggles along the way. Seeing their little faces light up when they spot the Easter Bunny truly is the best part! 🐇💛

A big thank you to everyone who helps make these magical moments possible. We hope all our families enjoy this special time of year just as much as we do!

🏖️🦖 Exciting News from Dinotots Children’s Nursery – Beach Hunt Event! 🦖🏖️

We are so excited to announce a special Beach Hunt at our Beach Nursery, and all Dinotots nurseries are invited to join the fun! 🌊☀️

📅 Date: Thursday 2nd April
📍 Location: On the Beach-Blyth
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM – 12:00 Noon

There will be lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy, including:
🎨 Beach art
🪨 Stone painting
🏰 Sandcastle building
🧺 A lovely picnic on the beach (weather permitting)

🌟 Important Information for Parents:
• You must book your place with the nursery manager at your chosen Dinotots nursery.
• If you would like to attend with your child/children, you will need to collect them from nursery and come along to the event.
• Once the event is finished, you are welcome to return them back to nursery.

We hope you are all feeling excited for the Easter holidays and looking forward to some lovely family time, fun activities and maybe a few chocolate treats too! 🍫💛

The nurseries will be closed on these days.

📅 Term Time Funded Children
Children will finish on Thursday 2nd April and return on Monday 20th April.

🍀 Dinotots Cowpen St. Patrick’s Day Fun! 🍀

What a fantastic day we’ve had celebrating St. Patrick’s Day here at Dinotots Cowpen! The nursery was bursting with shades of green as our children arrived dressed to impress in their wonderful outfits – from green socks to creative costumes, they truly embraced the spirit of the day.

Our rooms were filled with excitement, laughter, and lots of engaging activities. The children explored a variety of green-themed sensory play, got creative with arts and crafts, and enjoyed fun-filled tuff trays inspired by rainbows, shamrocks, and all things magical. Music and giggles echoed throughout the nursery, creating such a joyful atmosphere for everyone.

It was so lovely to see the children so happy, curious, and involved, sharing special moments with their friends and staff. Days like today help the children learn about different cultures and celebrations while creating lasting memories full of fun and friendship.

A truly magical day at Dinotots Cowpen – full of smiles, laughter, and the true joy of celebrating together! 💚
