Hearing what the dancers had to say after our last intensive 🥹🧡

This is exactly why I wanted to create these days.

Yes, we train. We work on technique. We push ourselves. But more than anything, I want every dancer who walks into the room to leave feeling more confident, inspired and excited about their dancing.

Seeing them support each other, take risks, find their individuality and just genuinely enjoy moving was something really special.

And now… we get to do it all again ✨

I can’t believe it’s already been over a week since the Luke Mann Dance Intensive 🥹✨

Looking back through some of the beautiful shots captured on the day has made me appreciate it all over again.

Seeing so many dancers come together, push themselves, try something new, connect with the movement and simply enjoy dancing was such a special thing to witness.

I’m incredibly proud of every dancer who walked into that studio and gave themselves fully to the day. The energy, individuality and support they showed one another made it everything I hoped it would be.

I’m so excited to be starting this new chapter and stepping into the studio with everyone at RMC today 🖤

I’m really looking forward to getting to know the students, creating, teaching, challenging them and hopefully helping them grow in both their confidence and their performance.

There’s something really special about starting somewhere new and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to become part of the RMC team.

Here’s to a new chapter, lots of creativity, and everything that’s still to come ✨

LUKE MANN DANCE

This is more than just learning choreography.

For me, dance has always been about connection to the music, to the movement, to the story and most importantly, to yourself.

Throughout my career as a professional dancer and now as a teacher and choreographer, one thing has always stayed at the heart of what I do:

Every movement means something.

I want dancers to understand why they move, not just what movement comes next.

To build strong foundations.
To develop their artistry.
To find confidence in their individuality.
To take risks.
To perform with intention.
And to discover what they are capable of.

Watching Luke Mann Dance begin to grow into something bigger than I originally imagined has been incredibly special and this is only the beginning.

To every dancer who has already stepped into a studio with me, thank you for trusting me with a small part of your journey.

And to those I haven’t met yet…

I can’t wait to dance with you.

I honestly don’t quite know where to start… 🧡

The messages have been flying through left, right and centre since today’s Luke Mann Dance Intensive, and reading what the dancers have gone home saying has meant more to me than I can put into words.

Thank you. Truly.

To every parent who booked your child onto the day, brought them along, trusted me with them and supported what I’m trying to build with Luke Mann Dance. I am incredibly grateful.

And to every dance school represented in the room today - your dancers are such a credit to you. The training, discipline, kindness and passion they brought into that studio was beautiful to see and you should be incredibly proud of them.

And to every single dancer who walked into that studio today… thank you for showing up and giving me everything you had. You completely astounded me.

Watching you challenge yourselves, try new things, grow in confidence, let go, perform, laugh and support one another throughout the day was honestly so beautiful to witness. Every one of you brought something completely different into that room, and that is exactly what made the day so special.

A huge thank you to Chris Travers for being there to capture the entire day for us. I cannot wait to see all of the footage and the moments you managed to catch 🎥

And a massive thank you to Natalie Smith for allowing me to use the studio and giving Luke Mann Dance a home for the day. I’m so grateful for your support.

Today was so much more than simply learning routines. It was about dancing, learning, connecting, taking risks and hopefully leaving the studio feeling even more inspired than when you walked in.

Seeing messages saying dancers came home still beaming, practising the choreography, talking about the day all the way home, discovering a new love for a style, and already asking when the next one is… that means everything 🥹🧡

To everyone who played even a small part in today - thank you

TOMORROW’S THE DAY! 🧡✨

I’m honestly so excited for the Luke Mann Dance Intensive tomorrow!

So much thought, preparation and creativity has gone into bringing this day together, and I cannot wait to finally get into the studio with all of the incredible dancers joining me.

Tomorrow is about so much more than learning choreography. We’ll be exploring technique, musicality, performance, individuality and connection across Ballet/Technique, Contemporary, Jazz and Lyrical, creating a space where dancers can challenge themselves, try something new and, most importantly, enjoy dancing 🖤

One of the biggest things I want dancers to take away from Luke Mann Dance is that it isn’t always about doing more, it’s about understanding why you move.

Every movement means something.

I’m also incredibly excited to capture the day and share more of what Luke Mann Dance is becoming. This really does feel like the beginning of something special.

To every dancer joining me tomorrow, bring your energy, bring your individuality, and come ready to DANCE🔥

✨ STUDENT SPOTLIGHT - RIVER ✨

It has been such a pleasure watching River grow during my time at Studio 96 🧡

Choreography and picking up new movement hasn’t always come easily to her, but what I love most is that she keeps trying, keeps pushing herself and keeps stepping outside of her comfort zone. That growth has been so lovely to witness.

Recently, River has even taken on something completely new by joining my Friday Jazz class, and she has continued to challenge herself through her lyrical work too. Watching her get out there and compete with the choreography we had worked on made me incredibly proud 🥹

River has so much energy, beautiful lines and such a lovely quality when she performs, and she is always an absolute pleasure to teach.

I know there is still so much more to come from her, and I genuinely can’t wait to watch her confidence, technique and artistry continue to grow over the years ahead.

You should be so proud of yourself, River. Keep going, keep trying and keep believing in what you’re capable of. ✨

Due to high demand for the Luke Mann Dance Intensive, we’re excited to announce that we’ll now be holding the day at Studio 96 🖤

A bigger space, more room to move, and the perfect setting for what’s going to be such a special day.
