💡🛋️THURSDAY NIGHTS🛋️💡☝️There’s a lot more goes on here at the hidden hive than just crochet!🤭
(🤷‍♀️Although admittedly there is a lot of learn to crochet courses, graduate meet ups and improvers teaching that goes on!🙌)
🥰But it really is a creative hub buzzing 🐝with the fibre arts! 👌Repurposing table runners and stored materials into Kinusaiga Art, Fabric Decoupage and LAMPSHADES!!!💡🛋️

💕Look at them! Beautiful! One of kind, 👌hand made and perfect for your homes interior style!🏡
👍This was the last of this year’s lampshade workshops - as we’re about to go into the ‘C’ season… yes! Christmas!!!🎄🎁

☝️But I am beginning to load next years workshops 👏so keep checking my website! (Link in bio)
🙌Yes you can come and make yours too!

🥰Days like today... 🙏we just have to!!!🥳"CELEBRATE SUCCESS"🥳
To see the genuine smiles😁 and gasps of achievement 😳on their faces and in the studio this week - literally lights up my world!✨💫✌️3x weeks ago... not one of these women had held a crochet 🧶hook and just look at them now! They can ALL confidently 🙌work their hook, make a magic circle, join new colours, and turn their work in the round into a square! 👏And we've all had the absolute best time doing it! (fuelled by copious amounts of teas, coffees, ☕️conversations, laughter 🤭 and even tears 😭 - but most important of all... home made cake)🍰 🤷‍♀️My courses are not a 'taster' session... ☝️if you really want to learn to crochet, to understand whats going on and why... then HERE I AM! 🥳
☝️You dont have to be 'arty' or 'crafty' - you can even be left handed!!🤷‍♀️💕But you will crochet! and learn a skill, a craft, that you can literally take with you anywhere, create almost anything and have the best time meeting other like minded women who are 🤭absolutely hooked too - in our now 100+ strong Crochet Colony 🐝

🌟BEGINNER🌟 - 'LEARN TO CROCHET' COURSES for 2027 are loading on the website this week. ☝️and if you can already crochet and want to join us in the colony🐝 (for life time membership)... book on an intermediate course and join our colony!🙌☝️Because... crochet is like the mafia .🤣Once you're in there is... no way out! LOL😂🙏I look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful 🥰studio space that is The Hidden Hive 🐝 soon, and enjoying a few creative hours crocheting ourselves happy!🙌

She (Kellie Bright) may have announced that she's leaving Eastenders but she is definitely not leaving the amazing business she is building behind the scenes!! 🥳
💕MEET ME AT MABELS💕

So...☝️When she asks you back? To deliver another creative wellbeing workshop? There's only one answer.. and it's YES!! 🙌👏

This Saturday saw me deliver another fabulous workshop for Kellie (love this crazy woman🤪) ☝️to a packed room full of women who booked this time to learn the fabulous 'no sew' art form that is KINUSAIGA!!🥳

10x strangers came together to 🙏connect and experience an afternoon full of creativity and conversation all whilst learning how to make beautiful kinusaiga art for their homes (or as gifts)!🙌🥳

🤭The laughter was loud 😂 the stories shared... absolutely heartwarming and the selection of fabrics for their kinusaiga fabric pictures... just beautiful! 💕👌

🙏Thank you Kellie for inviting me back to deliver another creative wellbeing workshop at your beautiful venue ‘Meet me at Mabel’s’ I think we can ALL honestly say... we had the best time!🤸‍♂️🥳

And yes!!🙌 I'll be back to deliver the next Christmas Candle Making workshop this November!🙌 Thank you 😘If you'd like to join us? Pop☝️ over to Kellies instagram page and follow the link in bio to book 😘

🙄🧶MENOPAUSE MONDAYS & CROCHET🧶🙄

☝️From now on... Mondays shall also be known as 'Menopause Mondays' 👏 here at The Hidden Hive Workshops🐝... because in a busy world 🙏we all need to find ways to brighten the "Brain Fog" and help with our focus for the week ahead.

🥳Crocheting does this! Honestly it does! What we used to call 'granny hobbies' actually helps us find our 'calm' 🧘‍♀️ in the chaos of midlife! 👍 It's been the one consistent thing that has stopped me from losing my shizz at times and I'm repeatedly told by those who I have taught - how much it has helped them too! (Love this!)🥰

🤷‍♀️HOW DOES IT HELP?
☝️It helps because the bilateral, repetitive movements of crochet have been proven to lower cortisol (the stress hormone) and trigger the release of serotonin and dopamine - your body's natural happy chemicals. 🤣 It's no wonder we are all so freaking happy after a workshop!👍😁So here I am, over here, this Monday - navigating menopause and midlife, sharing the joy of crochet with you all!🧶

🙌Yay! To crochet!!!
