Your role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will:

- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating nursery environment
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including those relating to safeguarding, health and safety and confidentiality
- Take an active role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and presentation within the nursery

About you
We are looking for someone who:

- Is willing to contribute ideas and be an active member of our nursery team

Qualifications and experience
A relevant Early Years/Childcare qualification and previous nursery experience would be desirable.

Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training are also desirable but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have a genuine passion for Early Years and who are keen to develop their skills and knowledge within a supportive nursery environment.

We’ve had a busy few weeks at nursery! We hatched chicks which one of our lovely families have taken to their small holding, we grew caterpillars and watched them emerge as butterflies, we had another wonderful animal visit from Safari Stu, and we harvested the potatoes we have grown which the children cleaned, prepared and enjoyed eating for lunch! β˜€οΈπŸπŸ¦‹πŸ£
