❤Remembrance Day is on its way ❤
🔷️Explaining in detail to young children can be a lot to remember and a little tricky too.
By using a poppy as a starting point is a great opportunity, as it's a symbol they will see lots of on the run up to the day. Using any of these ideas at home or teaching environments is a great way to not only disscuss the reason behind a poppy but also fun and stimulating to encourage their fine motor skills, understanding of the world and explore media and materials.
Below is some ideas I have gathered for inspiration of your choice.
🔶️ Learning made fun is a great step building children's confidence.
This combines creativity with understanding of the world.
