ence. Sessions can be started from 6 weeks old and have been designed for both
parents and children to experience yoga stretches and relaxation stretches together. Our 45 minute sessions are engaging and educational, following the Early Years framework. Focusing on active yoga inspired stretches to music, song and rhyme along with sensory props, concluding with relaxation.

We’re so excited to share our Autumn Term class themes! 🧘‍♀️🍁

From 31st August to 23rd October, each week will bring a new adventure, inspiring movement, mindfulness, imagination and plenty of autumnal fun:

🏃‍♀️ Week 3: Movement Week
🌳 Week 4: Woodland Adventure
🍁 Week 5: Autumn Week
🧸 Week 6: Pyjama Party
🧙‍♀️ Week 7: Wizards & Witches
🎃 Week 8: Halloween Week

Each theme will be woven into our yoga sessions through poses, games, relaxation, storytelling and music, helping little yogis build confidence, mindfulness and imagination while having lots of fun. 💜
