Lanarkshire’s premier martial arts centre, proudly serving the community for 50 years.Led by an VIII degree ITF International Instructor and his expert team, we offer classes for kids, adults, pre-schoolers, and families of all abilities. Our centre has the local community at heart, and has been teaching classes in Blantyre for over 30 years. Our centre has been teaching ladies cardio kickboxing c

lasses and fitness for over 8 years and offers our members a unique bag training system that monitors the users progress. We offer FREE trials for children and adults to discover and train in Taekwondo, Hapkido self defence or Kickboxing. Classes are suitable for children from 4. 5yrs old upwards. We also offer over 84 fitness classes a month and specialise in Ladies Only cardio Kickboxing, Pump Your Body weights, Tabata, Flexibility, Fatburn Extreme, Bag Blast and Fit2Fight Bootcamp. We also offer private PT and group PT sessions.

A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone who joined us for a fantastic day of training under GM Peter Sanders on Saturday 3rd September.

Both children and adults had a wonderful time learning valuable Hapkido and Taekwon-Do self-defence skills. Students gained a deeper understanding of the techniques shown and came away with greater knowledge and improved skills.

We take this time to to thank all those who participated in this event and a huge thank you to GM Sanders for coming to Scotland and teaching us.

It was an awesome seminar, and we look forward to welcoming GM Sanders back to KMAA again soon!

GM Sanders seminar on Saturday is 2pm, finishing at 4pm.

Tae Kwon-Do students to be in white ITF uniform, Hapkido students may wear their Black Hapkido uniform.

If you train in both disciplines, then white uniform please.

Certificates will be given at end of seminar, with group and individual photos.

Bring water, as it will be a very fast paced seminar.

Well done to Team FKS/KMAA and their 1st day at the ICO Scottish championships.

We had a new member of the team taking part in their first competition, and had an amazing day becoming Scottish Champion, well done Issac!

Also a fantastic well done to team members: Pheobe, Matthew, Aiden, Daniel, Callum, William, OJ, Bruke and Aaron on a successful day of competition, and a huge thank you to coaches Mr Liam Miller and Mr Chris Miller and all the parents for supporting the team.

1st pre-grading is on the 29th August and cost is £10.
