My name is Wendy and I am a fully registered childminder in Blantyre.
I was a pharmacy advisor for almost 25 years before deciding to become a professional childminder.
I have three children of my own and together with a friend run a successful new mum and baby support group in Hamilton called “Hey Mama!”.
I enjoy spending time with children and aim to provide a safe, relaxed and fun atmosphere where children are happy and content, and where parents feel confident leaving their children.
I live with my husband George, our three children and our little hamster Theo.

I am a member of the Scottish Childminding Association (SCMA)and I also hold a valid Emergency Paediatric First Aid certificate. I have been checked as part of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and my husband holds an Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
My business is registered and inspected by the Care Inspectorate.

My name is Wendy and I am a fully registered childminder in Blantyre.
I was a pharmacy advisor for almost 25 years before deciding to become a professional childminder.
I look after children from 0-12 years in my own home within the hours of 8am and 5pm mon-fri (hours negotiable).

I have experience of bringing up my own three children and together with a friend run a successful new mum and baby support group in Hamilton called “Hey Mama!”.
