Congratulations to All Our Year 11 Students
We are incredibly proud of this year’s GCSE results, with 91.1% of grades achieved at 9–4, well above the latest national average of 67.1%.
There has also been a significant rise in the number of pupils achieving the highest grades, with 39.7% of grades awarded at 7–9, up from 32.7% in 2025 and well above the 2026 national average of 21.8%.
Our excellent value-added score of +0.8 shows that, on average, Clayesmore pupils achieved almost a grade higher in each subject than would have been expected based on their prior attainment.
