🎨 Baines' Endowed Art Exhibition! 🖌️✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came along after school to view our fantastic Year 2 and Year 3 Art Exhibition!

Visitors were treated to a wonderful showcase of creativity, including:

🧱 Year 3: Incredible Stone Age cave art that took us right back in time!

🍂 Year 2: Stunning autumn leaf art using vibrant Brusho paint, beautiful paper sculptures of birds, and colourful collages inspired by the artist Brianna McCarthy.

The children worked so hard on these pieces, and it was lovely to see them sharing their work so proudly with their families.

🌲 Year 3 Geography Fieldwork Adventures! 🗺️🚶‍♂️

Our wonderful Year 3 children had a brilliant time exploring Beacon Fell today as part of their Geography Fieldwork curriculum!

They put their teamwork and problem-solving skills to the test by building some absolutely fantastic forest dens, and then braced the climb all the way to the summit of the fell to take in the spectacular views. 📸✨

The children were absolute superstars, representing Baines' Endowed beautifully and showing real resilience on their big walk.

🎭 A Fantastic Trip to the Theatre! 📚✨

Earlier this month, some of our KS2 children visited the beautiful Blackpool Grand Theatre for a spectacular performance of The Boy at the Back of the Class!

It was a moving and heartwarming story that perfectly brought the book to life, focusing on the power of kindness and friendship. Our pupils represented Baines' beautifully and had a wonderful time experiencing live theatre.

💛 Our Golden Heart Winners 💛
This half term, our school value has been Friendship. We are so incredibly proud of the children who received their special Golden Heart badge in assembly this morning for truly embodying what it means to be a kind, caring, and supportive friend to others.

We have had the most incredible afternoon here at Baines' Endowed! The whole school gathered in the hall for a spectacular performance by Playground Proms, featuring the brilliantly talented, professional musicians from Graffiti Classics! 🎻✨

From start to finish, the hall was alive with music, laughter, and so much energy. The children (and staff!) had a fantastic time clapping, dancing, and experiencing classical music in the most fun way possible.

A huge thank you to Graffiti Classics for bringing world-class entertainment right to our school hall today. 🥳👏

On Tuesday, we welcomed our nursery children and their parents into school for a fantastic session with Better Start Blackpool - Ready, Steady, School! ✏🎒

Thank you so much to all the families who joined us. Working together like this ensures our youngest learners feel confident and happy when September arrives! 🌲💚
