Little Superheroes Blackpool

Another wonderful Thursday group, we have been looking after the superheroes today in the role play area, using plasters and bandages and our first aid kit. This activities not only promotes empathy and caring, it also promotes communication and independance skills and fine motor skills (the girls were very determined to open their plasters themselves).

The babies enjoyed banging with the pots and pans, interacting with other babies and the grown ups with gurgles and smiles. It is so lovely to see the progress the babies are making each week its seemed like only yesterday that we had babies as young as 2 weeks who are now sitting up, crawling and rolling over, its such a privilege to be part of their journey ❤️

Tomorrow (Thursday) our Gatehouse session 10 till 11.30 where we will be carrying on our emergency rescue theme with fun and interactive play opportunities. Alongside this we will have our superbaby session where we will be exploring play with household resources.🦸‍♂️🦸‍♂️🦸‍♂️

Friday 10 till 11.30 we are back at Diddy Dreams in Thornton for a morning of messy and sensory play fun, soft music and lighting for a calming and relaxing experience.

Sunday 2pm till 3.30pm ar South Shore Methodist Church we will be celebrating fathers day with our special Daddy bears picnic..Lots of fun and games planned for this family themed session.

Good Morning, still feeling uplifted from yesterdays wonderful "The Tiger who came for tea" session. I have to say its right there at the top of my all time childrens favourites 🤩.

The children and one or 2 of the adults 🤣 had an amazing sensory experience and were all so happy and engaged. Was such a wonderful session ❤️

Join us at South Shore Methodist Church from 2:00pm - 3:30pm for a roaringly good afternoon inspired by the much-loved story The Tiger Who Came to Tea!

When a hungry tiger turns up unexpectedly at Sophie's house, he eats all the food in the cupboards, drinks all the water from the taps, and even finishes Daddy's supper! What will happen when this very hungry visitor arrives at our session?

We'll be bringing the story to life through exciting play activities, sensory experiences, crafts, and lots of opportunities for little ones to explore, imagine and have fun together.
