🧠 September’s enrichment session is all about Personality Types! 👀

This is a really fun and interesting session where you’ll complete an online personality quiz and discover more about your own personality type.

You’ll get to explore how different personality types can influence the way we think, communicate, work and interact with others and you might even learn something new about yourself!

And we can vouch for this one… we’ve already had a go ourselves! 😂

There was plenty of “Ohhh, that makes sense…” 🤔
A few “Yep, that’s definitely you!” 👀
And, of course, a couple of side-eyes going around the team 😬😂

Yesterday, our Managing and Operations Director, Toni, and Head of Quality, Danielle, headed to the GMLPN networking event at Toughsheet Community Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers ⚽️💙

The focus of today’s event was the changing post-16 skills landscape and what this means for training providers across Greater Manchester.

There was plenty to take away, with discussions around:

🔹 Devolution and the growing role of GMCA
🔹 Changes across the post-16 skills landscape
🔹 Ofsted updates
🔹 Skills contracts, funding and future opportunities
🔹 Meaningful work experience for learners
🔹 How regeneration connects with local skills and workforce needs

One of the biggest takeaways was gaining a better understanding of devolution and how Greater Manchester is taking on more responsibility for shaping local skills provision around the needs of employers, communities and the local economy.

For NEAT, it was a really useful opportunity to think about future funding opportunities, working more closely with local partners and employers, and ensuring our training continues to respond to local and regional skills priorities.

It was also great to hear directly from people involved in shaping the Greater Manchester skills agenda and to connect with other training providers experiencing many of the same changes and opportunities. 🤝

And, as a Bolton fan, Toni couldn’t have asked for a better venue! 😂⚽️🤍💙
