Team Leader - Residential Childcare Worker

Salary: £31,134 to £32,586 (this includes sleep-ins)
£53 paid per sleep-ins completed
Overtime rate: £18.00 to £18.72
Bank Holiday rate: £22.50 to £23.40 per hour (Christmas day paid at double time)

Rota Pattern: 3- week rolling rota, 1 day on shift and 2 days off shift.
