Little Learners is an educational mark making, messy play class which follows a programme that helps to develop children’s early writing skills.
Each week we focus on a different Mark Maker character – Lionel, Archie, Swirlo and Ziggy. We make their marks within the class in a variety of fun and interesting ways!
I plan a new theme each week based on one of the Mark Maker characters. Activities include wet and dry messy play trays, drawing, painting, play dough, water play, mark making activities and fine motor activities. These help to develop your child’s fine motor skills, hand- eye coordination and strengthen their core muscles.
