🏆 Training Works End-of-Year Awards! 🏆
Last Thursday, we brought the Training Works team together for our end-of-year team meeting, where we celebrated the fantastic people who make our organisation what it is with our End-of-Year Award certificates! 🎉👏
Each certificate recognises something special about the individual. Their achievements, commitment, support, development and the difference they make to our team and our apprentices.

🏆 Amanda – Fountain of Knowledge Award
New to the team, Amanda has settled in brilliantly. Her support and outstanding knowledge of Residential Childcare apprenticeships have really stood out.
🏆 Annette – Team Spirit Award
For her fantastic team spirit, consistently boosting morale and supporting colleagues with positivity and encouragement.
🏆 Caitlin M – Operational Excellence Award
For the vital behind-the-scenes support she provides across claims, registrations, bookings, purchasing and processing.
🏆 Callum – Residential Rising Star Award
For getting stuck in from day one, building strong relationships and making a real difference straight away.
🏆 Carl – True to Our Values Award
For 11 years of consistently embedding the Training Works values in everything he does.
🏆 Chloe H – Developing Others Award
For developing her own practice and now supporting others through mentoring, coaching and internal quality assurance.
🏆 Chloe M – Solutions Leader Award
For always being someone employers, learners and colleagues can rely on to solve problems and find a way forward.
🏆 Claire M – Outstanding Team Mentorship
For the care, support and guidance she provides to Adult Care trainers, alongside developing her own quality assurance skills.
🏆 Clare B – Greatest Achievement Award
For supporting 66 apprentices to achieve EPA in just 2.5 years — an incredible achievement!
🏆 Danny – Outstanding Compliance Contribution
For his knowledge and attention to detail, helping significantly strengthen compliance across the organisation.
🏆 Elaine – Developing Excellence Award
For her invaluable mentoring and support in helping trainers strengthen their teaching strategies.
🏆 Jared – Growth and Opportunity Award
For building strong relationships with new employers and apprentices and helping bring new opportunities to Training Works.
🏆 Jess – Wellbeing Champion Award
For always recognising the importance of wellbeing and making sure apprentices know they have someone to talk to.
🏆 Katie – Inspirational Journey Award
For progressing from a Level 5 apprentice to teaching apprenticeships herself — a fantastic achievement!
🏆 Keri – Driving Excellence Award
For driving the Adult Care team forward, improving quality and achievement and helping reduce leavers.
🏆 Laura – Making a Difference Award
For her passion for inclusion and for supporting trainers to ensure apprentices have an inclusive learning journey.
🏆 Lauren – Early Years Newcomer Award
For hitting the ground running, building strong employer relationships and showing real commitment to her apprentices.
🏆 Leonie – Commitment to Achievement Award
For consistently going above and beyond to support apprentices, including those working nights and weekends, to prepare for EPA.
🏆 Liz – Outstanding Overall Performance Award
For her outstanding performance, including a high number of achievers and distinctions, alongside excellent communication and quality portfolios.
🏆 Louisa – Legacy and Commitment to Early Years Award
For her continued dedication to Early Years and supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey since joining us in 2021.

For always coaching, guiding and supporting others, while also completing her Level 5 Diploma in Adult Care.
🏆 Mikey – Legacy and Commitment to Residential Childcare Award
For being our original Residential Childcare trainer, supporting colleagues and achieving his first achievers this year.

For constantly bringing new ideas, resources and inclusive activities to the team to help move practice forward.

For her caring and supportive leadership and for helping build strong foundations across the Early Years & Residential team.

For building strong relationships with apprentices and providing consistent care, encouragement and support.
🏆 Poppy – Achievement in Programme Delivery
For her work in Adult Care, delivering new apprenticeships and supporting Team Leaders to achieve distinctions.

For always providing wellbeing support, guidance and reassurance, and for genuinely caring about the team.
🏆 Samuel – Commitment to Growth Award
For showing real determination in his new role and consistently working to develop himself.
🏆 Shabnam – Functional Skills Champion Award
For her outstanding Functional Skills knowledge and the support she provides to apprentices preparing for EPA.
🏆 Surriya – Outstanding Teaching Award
For her outstanding teaching and use of engaging methods and activities to enhance the learner journey.

A special mention to Chloe H, Clare B, Jess, Laura, Liz, Louisa and Surriya, who weren’t able to be with us on the day. Although they couldn’t collect their certificates in person, we absolutely wanted to make sure their achievements and contributions were still recognised and celebrated. 👏
We are incredibly proud of our team and everything you each contribute to Training Works. Every certificate represents something that makes a real difference — to our apprentices, employers, colleagues and the organisation as a whole.
