šNational Apprenticeship Week, weāre proud to celebrate Alexš
An inspiring practitioner working in a traditionally female dominated sector. At Balmoral Total Tots, Alex brings a unique blend of care, creativity, and confidence to the role, demonstrating that high quality early years practice is shaped by passion, dedication, and a genuine love of supporting childrenās development.
Alex is a positive role model for the children and a highly valued member of the team. With an ability to combine imagination with warmth, Alex helps create an environment where every child feels supported, engaged, and excited to learn. Alex shows how diversity within early years settings enriches childrenās experiences and strengthens the profession.
Weāre delighted to celebrate Alexās journey and contribution during National Apprenticeship Week, a reminder of the incredible impact apprentices make across early years education.
āI thoroughly enjoyed my time throughout my apprenticeship, picking up lots of key knowledge and skills. College were always informative and supportive of my learning and development, offering support across areas I needed and providing great explanations through the online lessons.ā ā Alex
