Dunes Day Nursery and Pre-School

Today is the last day for most of our pre-school children 😢
Thank you for your gifts, hugs and emotional farewells but most of all for choosing Dunes 🥰

Yesterday, we were invited to a Ready Steady School session. We had a fantastic time exploring all the different activities. Some of our parents and grandparents came along too. We are very ready for big school now 🥰

Last week, we had a wonderful visit from the Coast Guards. We looked at some of the equipment that they have to use and the special van. Stay safe by the seaside 🥰

I always shed a tear when our pre-school children leave us for their next part of their learning journey 🥰

Two amazing sports days this week. We were able to use the field at St Mary’s Church for both days which felt more special and enclosed. Huge thank you to all those who joined us and for competing in the Mummy and Daddy races 🥰

What a way to end our pre-school journey by taking a trip to The Grand Theatre to see “The tiger who came to tea”. Followed by a chippy lunch and a workshop at the fabulous Showtown Museum 🥰 and best of all running on the beach and writing our names in the sand!
