Meet Caroline, our Internal Quality Assurance Lead.
Caroline completed her assessor training with Pyramid, as one of our first assessor learners, almost 20 years ago! After a successful career as an assessor, she progressed to an IQA and we are now very fortunate to have her as such an important member of our team.

During the month of August, we are very proud to be celebrating 20 years of business ! Pyramid Training was established in August 2003 and we are going to be celebrating all month by offering 'give aways', promotions and updates about our business today!

Calling all childminders!!
Do you want to become level 3 or 5 qualified? As self employed businesses, you unfortunately don't qualify to become up skilled via apprenticeship funding but we can fund you via student finance.
There is nothing to pay back until you are earning over £27,250 and then it is a small amount.

We are looking for 2 new apprentices for an immediate start at a fabulous early years setting in Lytham St Annes. There’s also a position available for a fully qualified level 3 early years practitioner.
