💜🌾 Harvest Collection 2026 🌾💜

As part of our Harvest celebrations, the children at Boundary Primary School will be taking time in assembly on Thursday 15th October to reflect on where our food comes from and what we are grateful for.

This year, we are proud to support Vincent House, a local charity within our community. 🏡💜

We would be very grateful for donations of non-perishable food items, such as: 🥫 Tinned foods
🍝 Pasta
🍚 Rice
🥣 Dried foods

📅 Donations can be brought into school from Monday 12th October until Thursday 15th October.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity in helping us support local families and make a difference in our community. 💜

🎯 Skills for Life: Managing Distractions and Staying Focused 🎯

This week, our Skills for Life focus is managing distractions and staying focused. Children will be learning practical strategies to help them concentrate, make positive choices and persevere when tasks become challenging.

These important skills help our pupils to become confident, independent learners, both in school and beyond.

When distractions appear, don't let them take over:
Notice them.
Manage them.
Refocus.
And keep learning.

💜Proud Moment for Boundary at Historic Stanley Park Ceremony💜

✨ Boundary pupils were honoured to take part in the ceremonial opening of the Stanley Park Centenary celebrations, marking 100 years since the park first opened in 1926.

The children delivered a fantastic choral speaking performance, written especially for the occasion, and represented Boundary brilliantly throughout the event.
Their confidence, dedication and enthusiasm shone through, and they were a real credit to our school.
We are incredibly proud to have been part of such a special celebration. 💜🌳✨

Families who would like to continue the celebrations can visit Stanley Park on Saturday, where there will be family-friendly activities, live entertainment, sporting events, a makers market, fairground rides and a spectacular drone show over the lake at 8pm.

🌟 A Fantastic Start to Year 2! 🌟

Year 2 have settled in brilliantly and have been busy with lots of exciting learning. From creating monsters inspired by The Gruffalo 📚👹 to exploring place value in Maths 🔢, investigating materials in Science 🧪 and designing puppets in DT 🧵, the children have shown great enthusiasm and creativity.

We're incredibly proud of their hard work and positive attitudes. Keep it up, Year 2! 👏💜✨

⚽️ A huge well done to Boundary’s newly formed Girls Football Team, who recently played their first ever match at Moor Park!

While the result didn't go their way, the team scored three fantastic goals and showed incredible resilience, teamwork and determination throughout. The girls were excellent role models, played with great spirit and gained valuable experience on the pitch.

Everyone at Boundary is incredibly proud of their achievements. This is just the beginning of their football journey. Well done, girls! 👏💜⚽️
