✨Want to level up your pole or aerial skills? Stretching is the secret sauce.

Every Tuesday at 6:50pm, I’ll guide you through a flexibility‑boosting class designed to increase your range of motion, improve your backbends, and make every invert, split, and flow feel smoother.

Stretch is genuinely what I geek out on — so you’ll get a mix of mobility drills, end‑range strength, deep flexibility work, and technique tweaks to help you become your bendiest, most confident self.

Book now — it’s just £3 when booked alongside any Tuesday pole or aerial class (normally £8).
