From downloading our app and finding your perfect class, what to wear to feel safe and comfortable and how to find our studios;

Remember - you don’t have to feel strong, flexible or confident to start ! It’s our job to help you build all of that on the way, so get in girl! 🚙✨

You don’t have to have any experience to start your fitness journey, that’s what our skilled instructors are for! ⭐️

🤔What do I wear? 👀

Welcome to KAF Aerial Academy, where your fitness journey and relationship to your body is about to change forever ! ✨

If you’re here that means you’ve signed up to your first class - how exciting! 🤩

But maybe now you’re wondering… what do I need to wear? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Each class is different so we hope this helps you figure out the best thing to wear to make sure you’re comfortable 💗

⭐️Pole - Shorts and a vest with sports bra

⭐️Hoop - Tight fitting leggings with a t-shirt / hoodie

⭐️Silks- Tight fitting leggings with a long sleeved top

⭐️Fitness - Comfortable gym gear

We know your first class can feel nerve wracking but here at KAF we pride ourselves in our community, encouragement and supportive environment and we can’t welcome you to the family 🥰✨

📸 Aerial Photoshoot Announcement 📸

I’m excited to announce our upcoming aerial photoshoot with David Nelson on two chosen dates.

Saturday 1st August, running from 12:30pm until approximately 5:30pm.

Friday 28th August, running from 10:30am until approximately 3:30pm.

Photoshoot Details:
• £50 per child
• 3 children per 1-hour session
• Hoop and silks available
• 10 digital photos included (you can choose your favourite photos once your gallery’s have been sent over )
• Two different backgrounds available
1. Black back drop
2. Pink coloured back drop( Note this back drop can be changed to any colour after the shoot)
• Fantasy backdrops can be added to photos i will attach examples and will be added after the shoot, please note the colour of the silks can also be changed to any colour.

To help with organisation, I’ll be opening up 2-hour booking slots at a time, and additional slots will be released as the current ones fill.

Booking Information:
To secure your child’s place, a £25 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining £25 balance must be paid one week before the photoshoot.
Please get in contact with Kids manger- Izabelle - 07305141015 to secure your space and make payment. First come first served basis

I’ll also be attaching some preview photos from previous shoots with David so everyone can see the beautiful images he creates.

Looking for something fun, active and creative to keep the kids entertained this summer? Join us at KAF Aerial Academy for a full day packed with games, aerial fun, crafts, laughter and making new friends! 💖

Our Summer Camps are led by our amazing instructors Izzie & Kirsty, who always make sure every child has the best day in a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment. 💕
