What. A. Night. ❤️

This year I wanted our In-House Show to be different. Not one particular style, but a showcase of ALL of KAF — our talent, personalities, individuality and amazing community.

And WOW did everyone deliver. 🔥

The show is exclusively for KAF members — a safe, supportive space to step outside your comfort zone, perform and know the whole room is behind you.

We had Queen P hosting in drag 👑, aerial hoop, hoop heels, pole, pole heels, floorwork, dance, burlesque, live singing AND a dj 🎶

Different styles. Different people. Everyone having their moment to shine. ❤️

And that’s KAF.

It doesn’t matter who you are, what you look like, how you identify or what level you’re at — there is a place for you here.

Every performer absolutely smashed it. The cheering, screaming, laughs and support in that room were incredible. 🥹

We had Peaches & Cream Photography capturing it all 📸, pizza 🍕, drinks 🥂 and Alessia finishing the night on the decks. 💃🔥

Show → pizza → drinks → party.
The perfect way to celebrate 10 years of KAF. 🥂

The gifts, messages and comments afterwards completely overwhelmed me. ❤️

10 years ago I wanted to create somewhere people could train, have fun, gain confidence and completely be themselves.

Saturday reminded me that this is exactly what we built.

Not just classes. Not just pole and aerial.

A community. ❤️

To everyone who performed, supported and has been part of our story — THANK YOU.

🎉 KAF GOES ON TOUR — OUR 10TH BIRTHDAY! ✈️☀️

We’re off celebrating 10 YEARS OF KAF! 🥹💗 A number of our instructors and students are heading away together for our studio holiday, so from 17th–21st September we’ll be running a reduced timetable across Blackpool & Bispham.

⚠️ PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CLASSES!

Some of your regular classes may not be running, or may have a different time, instructor or location, so please don’t just turn up at your usual class without checking the timetable first.

We’ve worked hard to keep as much running as possible while we’re away, with our lovely team covering classes for us. 💗 now’s a great time to try other instructors to your usual one as it’s great to learn from different people with different styles of teaching.

👉 Please book your classes in advance rather than leaving it until the last minute. This really helps our cover instructors know numbers and plan the best class possible for everyone attending.

Swipe through ➡️ to see the timetable for each day and get yourselves booked in through the app.

Thank you for supporting us, being part of our crazy little KAF family and giving us a VERY good reason to celebrate 10 incredible years! 🥂🎪💗

KAF IS 10! 🎂 Here’s to the next 10… ###xx

A look at what you can achieve 👀

We believe that aerial fitness is for everyone, no matter your age, ability or starting point ✨

Some beautiful images here of one of our talented students to show how, with practice, you can feel strong, flexible and confident on the hoop 🤩

Are you looking at these and thinking ‘I could never get there’ 🫠 then you are the perfect person to start in our beginner class! Why not give it a go and see if you surprise yourself (we promise you will!) 🔥

12/09/2026

Why not both? 💕

One of the things that’s really important to us at KAF is making sure that women and girls know they can be girly, sparkly, love pink AND they can be strong, tough and confident! 🤩

One doesn’t take away from the other and actually we love seeing our students showing incredibly strength with their sparkliest outfits on! 💗

Here at KAF you’ll never be asked to be anything but 100% yourself and if that includes a pink tutu and unicorn top - we’re here for it!

Are you ready to start the fitness journey that feels authentic to you? Download our app KAF Aerial today to find the class perfect for you ⭐️

Your wedding should be all about you and so should your hen do so why not do something that feels fun and fabulous! 🫦

‘I’m scared to come alone! 🫣’

That’s one of the reasons people give as to why they haven’t joined our classes yet but …

Most of our members took a scary step and started this journey alone but do you want to know their secret? 👀

When you join the KAF family you are never alone! 🦋

Our instructors and your classmates all know how it feels to be a beginner and so we make sure every new member feels comfortable, welcomed and supported every step of the way! 🤩

Not only will you build your strength, improve your confidence and learn new skills but you’ll meet likeminded gals that might just be your new best friend! 💕

Download our KAF Aerial app today to find your next class and who knows? Maybe your bestie is just a click away! 💗

Rise and shine happy campers ☀️

We know so many of you joined us over the Summer as part of Izabelle Edge Mermaid camp and it was so amazing to see you all have so much fun - learning new skills, making cute crafts and of course building friendships to last a life time 💕🤩

Now it’s time to put your game face on and start the school year with a bang ✨

Good luck to all our little superstars and to all the super Mums out there 🦋🥰
