💚 100% Recommended by Our Families 💚

There’s no better feeling than knowing the children in our care are happy, loved and thriving. 🥹

At Newton Drive Childcare, we’ve always believed that children learn best in a nurturing home-from-home environment where they feel safe, valued and free to explore the world around them.

We’re incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted us over the years. Your kind words, recommendations and continued support mean more than you’ll ever know. ❤️

Whether it’s watching children grow in confidence, supporting those with additional needs, enjoying adventures in our local community, or simply providing a place where children can’t wait to come each day—this is why we do what we do.

🌿 The Magic of Messy Play at Newton Drive Childcare 🌿

Messy play isn’t just fun… it’s powerful learning in action!
Here’s why we love getting our hands (and sometimes faces!) a little messy:

✨ Boosts Creativity & Imagination
Children explore textures, colours, and materials freely — sparking curiosity and independent thinking.

🧠 Supports Brain Development
Messy play activates all the senses, helping little ones make sense of the world and strengthen neural pathways.

🤲 Builds Fine Motor Skills
Scooping, pouring, squishing, squeezing and stirring help develop the muscles needed for writing and self-care skills.

💬 Encourages Language & Communication
Children naturally describe what they feel, see, and create — building vocabulary through play.

😌 Calms the Nervous System
Messy play can be incredibly soothing, grounding and regulating, especially for little ones who need sensory input.

👫 Promotes Social Skills
Taking turns, sharing tools and working together helps build confidence and positive social interactions.

At our holistic, nature-inspired setting, messy play is part of our everyday magic. Children thrive when they’re free to explore — and we absolutely love to nurture that journey. 🌈💛
