💛 Good luck Auntie Beth 💛

Today we say goodbye to our Auntie Beth. 😭 Beth has been a fabulous part of our team the past couple of years, and has helped so many children along the way. Her dedication to SEN has seen us smash our latest OFSTED inspection, and our children are flourishing. 🌟

Beth - we will miss you lots, thank you for all you have done in your time at Chelsea. Your next job are very lucky to have you. Good luck 💛💛💛

🌊 Chelsea by the Sea - big side edition 🌊

What an incredible afternoon we have had with all our amazing families and children for our Chelsea by the sea stay & play!

We have loved hooking ducks, building sandcastles, posing for photos and soaking Auntie Becka! 🦈

We have had lots of delicious snacks too - decorated doughnuts, fish & chip cones, sausage & chips and a visit from the ice cream man! 🍦

Thank you to all our families for supporting us always, to the Auntie’s for all their hardwork! And to West Coast Whippy Ice Cream Van Blackpool for attending.

Another successful stay and play in the baby room, thank you to everyone that came and had fun at the ‘beach’ with us 🏖️

A huge WELL DONE to our Auntie Mia, who got a distinction on her end of year exam in her apprenticeship. Mia is a very well loved member of our team and we are so so proud of all the progress you have made 🌻🌟

We’ve been reading about transport, and learning about the different types so we decided to get up close to a real one! We’ve been doing an excellent job cleaning Auntie Abbie’s car. 🚙

Yesterday some of the preschool children went out on an adventure to the beach 😊
Our topic this month is transport, so we took a bus 🚌 into town and then got a train 🚂 back to nursery. We even had a little picnic on the beach for snack and then did some writing/ drawing in the sand ☺️🥰☀️

today we had a trip to Layton train station 🚉 we had fun watching them go past really fast, also one beeped at us, when we waved.
We talked about safety and why we shouldn’t cross over the yellow line on the platform 🚊🚂

👣 Printing with our feet 👣

We have had fun printing with animals this week, now it’s time to print with our own feet!

We have enjoyed the feeling of paint in between our toes, and stomping and tiptoeing down the paper. 🦶

We’ve made big marks, small marks, swirly marks and swooshy ones! 〰️

We’ve named colours and mixed new ones 🌈

We’ve had lots of fun! 🦶
