⭕🌈 A little Powerhoop progress to celebrate! 🤩

Yesterday, one of my amazing Super Hoopers, Jo, got herself a shiny new Powerhoop Deluxe! 🥳🙌

Jo first joined me for my 4-week Powerhoop Beginners Course back in May, and since July she's been coming along to my Thursday evening Powerhoop classes - and honestly, she goes from strength to strength every single week! 💪

One of the things I love most about Jo is her energy, determination and the fact that she NEVER gives up. Every week she shows up, keeps practising and keeps working on her technique. And it's been so lovely to see her progress over the last few weeks 🤩

Now, Jo doesn't think she's quite ready to move onto her Deluxe just yet - and that's absolutely fine! She's going to continue using her Powerhoop Slim until she feels ready to make the switch, with her shiny new Deluxe waiting for her as a goal to work towards ⭕✨

And I actually think this is a brilliant example of how progression works. Your next hoop doesn't determine how good you are. Your progress isn't about moving up as quickly as possible. It's about learning, practising, building confidence and celebrating what your body can do 💪

Jo, I'm so proud of the commitment you've shown since joining us in May, and I absolutely love seeing you go from strength to strength 🤗 I can't wait to see you smashing that Deluxe when the time is right! 🥰⭕️🌈
