We’re Hiring: Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (Blackpool)

Outbound Care is recruiting an experienced leader to manage two established children’s residential homes in Blackpool. This is a senior role within a supportive, family-run organisation with Good and Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

What we offer:

What we’re looking for:
• Registered Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up
• Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work towards)
• Strong safeguarding and Ofsted compliance knowledge
• Full UK driving licence & Enhanced DBS

Residential Childcare Worker

Salary: £27,504 to £29,319 (this includes sleep-ins)

£53 paid per sleep-ins completed

Overtime rate: £14.40 to £15.60

Bank Holiday rate: £18 to 19.50 per hour (Christmas day paid at double time

Rota Pattern: 3- week rolling rota, 1 day on shift and 2 days off shift.
