And last but not least… as our countdown concludes, today is dedicated to our,

🩷 SENIOR 1 💙

By no means has this year been an easy ride for our Senior 1 girls, and as we head into end of season championships, we couldn’t be prouder of how far they have come ✨

This season has brought so many changes, challenges and moments where things haven’t always been straightforward. But through it all, these girls have continued to adapt and stick together 💖

A mixture of experienced dancers and girls who are newer to the section have come together throughout the year to create something really special. Each and every girl has worked so hard, pushed themselves and continued to show up, even when things have been difficult. Slowly but surely, we have watched a lovely bond form between them, friendships grow and confidence build in a challenging dancing league that is full of talent and high pressure competition 🫶🏼 We’d like to thank every dancer who has been a part of this team this season as well as those who have helped out when it has been needed, the true definition of team players 🩷

It’s not just about the routines, the results or what happens on the floor. It’s about the resilience they’ve shown, the way they’ve grown as dancers and the team they are becoming together. We hope they know just how much they should be proud of themselves, because we certainly are! 💗

Tomorrow, they get to take everything they’ve worked for onto that floor and enjoy the moment together. Whatever the outcome, they have already achieved so much by continuing to believe, keep going and stand side by side. ✨

One team, one journey, one final push. 💙🩷

This week, our Dinky 1 girls and parents decided that training needed a little extra sparkle as they came together to celebrate Kelsea’s birthday. 🎂🎈🩷

The sweetest surprise, organised by her teammates, with lots of love, laughter, cake and of course a few birthday celebrations along the way! 🥰

After a difficult few weeks, the girls wanted to make sure their teammate had a little moment to smile, feel loved and enjoy some special memories with her dance family. 💕

Happy Birthday, Kelsea! We hope your girls gave you a little moment of happiness this week. You are so loved. 💕🎂✨

What a journey these girls have been on! 🩷 Watching their self-belief grow, their confidence shine through and their ability develop has been so special. They’ve worked hard, pushed themselves out of their comfort zones and continued to show just how much they are capable of.

It’s not just about the routines they perform, but the belief they are building in themselves, the courage to keep going when things feel difficult and the confidence to stand tall and show the world what they can do. 💫

We are so proud of how far you have all come, both individually and as a team. Keep believing in yourselves, trusting your ability and remembering that you are capable of so much more than you sometimes realise. 💙🩷

It’s been a busy night at our last training session of the 2026 season, so we’re a little late posting today. But today is all about SENIOR 3 ✨

What a journey it has been for our Senior girls! 💗💙

To look back at where these girls started and see just how far they have come is something to be incredibly proud of. They have worked hard, supported one another and continued to push themselves throughout the season — and the growth has been amazing to watch ✨

But more than anything, their confidence has grown. We have watched them become stronger, believe in themselves more and step onto that floor with a confidence that wasn’t always there at the beginning. Seeing them start to trust themselves, their teammates and everything they have worked so hard for has been truly special. ❤️

They may not realise just how much they have achieved this season, but we certainly do. From the nerves and uncertainty at the start, to the confident, determined girls we see today — look how far you’ve come! 🥹👏

Be proud of yourselves, keep believing, keep supporting each other and keep enjoying every moment 🩷✨

What a whirlwind season it has been!

Being a young/teenage girl isn’t always easy. There are the challenges of friendships, school, exams, growing up, finding your confidence and figuring out who you are — all while trying to give your absolute best at dancing. And these girls have done exactly that. 🥹✨

They have laughed together, supported one another, picked each other up and celebrated every little achievement along the way. They have grown not only as dancers, but as young women, and watching their confidence and friendships blossom throughout this season has been so special. 🩷

Behind every performance are hours of training, tired legs, nerves, mistakes, determination and a whole lot of heart. These girls have shown commitment, resilience and so much passion for their team. 💪🏼✨

Whatever happens at the End of Season Championships, they should already be incredibly proud of the season they have had. They have created memories, strengthened friendships and shown exactly what it means to be part of the Broadway Stars family 💙🩷

So girls, take a moment to look at how far you have come, even with some challenges being thrown at you along the way. Dance your hearts out, enjoy every second and remember that you are stronger together. ✨

Tonight we’re taking a break from our Championships countdown to post something a little different….

💗 Meet Our Principal – Michelle 💗

Behind every successful troupe is someone who gives their heart, time and everything they have to make it possible — and for us, that person is Michelle Burke (and the training team, of course) 💙🩷✨

Michelle has run our troupe since it began in 1990, dedicating over three decades to creating something truly special. Her priority has always been to give children and adults of all ages, abilities and backgrounds a safe, welcoming place where they can make lifelong friendships, build confidence, be themselves and compete at the highest level.

What people see on competition days is only a tiny part of what Michelle and her team do. There is so much work behind the scenes — the planning, organising, teaching, costumes, responsibilities, worries, phone calls/admin jobs and countless hours that sometimes go unnoticed.

Being a principal isn't easy. It’s even more work on top of the usual day job. Making big decisions and trying to keep everyone happy is an enormous responsibility, and sometimes there are difficult moments when it feels it would be easier to walk away. But even when feeling like giving up, she finds the strength to keep going. Because her team is her priority. She lives and breathes Morris Dancing and Broadway Stars ⭐️

Because this troupe isn't just a dance team. It is a family, a community and a place where memories are made. Michelle has spent 36 years building, protecting and nurturing that family.

So today, we want to say THANK YOU 🩷

Thank you for every lesson, every competition, every opportunity, every difficult decision, every late night and every moment you've put everyone else before yourself.

36 years of Broadway Stars. 36 years of dedication. 36 years of giving so many people a place to belong…. And many more to come 🫶🏼✨🙌🏼
