National Grief Awareness week is 2 - 8th December. I'll be hosting a number of events that week.
1. Death Cafe- Normalizing talking about death
2. Grief ceremony- Sharing and releasing your grief
3. Forest Bathing- Connecting with nature and rebirth
4. Grief group- Sharing your experience of grieving

I'm taking part in Take the Lead. Raising money for St Mongos how help to fund hostels for the homeless and their dogs. Many homeless people are turned away by hostels because they have a dog.
A dog provides support to homeless and they will not enter a hostel with out their furry friend. We need more hostels that accept these amazing creatures that provid support to their companion!
