B-LORD GROUP: THE FACTS 👇

There’s a claim going around that VDM now “owns” the B-Lord name.
That claim is FALSE.

Here’s why:

• Filing a trademark ≠ owning it
• VDM’s application is still early-stage
• Prior filings already exist
• Nigerian law protects first use & prior applicants

Blord Gadgets Ltd & the Blord Group had earlier filings and continuous use, which legally overrides any later attempt to claim ownership.

📌 A “Notice of Acceptance” is not ownership
📌 Case differences don’t matter under Nigerian law
📌 You can’t hijack a brand already in use

Conclusion:
VDM does NOT own B-Lord Group.
Linus Williams remains the legitimate user of the name.
