On Wednesday, we welcomed Beach Patrol into school to deliver some sea safety tips.

What a start to the week!

Some pupils have met MC Grammar, some have been to the Museum of Science and Industry and some have been completing Mad Science extra-curricular activities.

The week is only two days old, I wonder what tomorrow will bring...

We found some shade on Friday and we loved BISPHAMFEST! Our pupils were inspired by a singing Rev Mark, our very own Mr Small and multiple local, national and even...international acts: inspired by music. We can't wait for BisphamFEST 2027!

WHAT AN AFTERNOON! The sun shone, the stalls were out and the turnout was fantastic. Thank you so much to the Bees who volunteer so much of their time towards our enrichment opportunities and in particular for the summer fair today- I know it has been months of planning. Thank you!
Thank you also to our amazing staff who supported the event and all of our families too. It was a superb afternoon.

Last week ended with our girls' football team attending the Blackpool finals after the boys had attended earlier in the week. Well done girls and good luck to the multiple sports teams who are heading out this week as part of Blackpool Youth Games Week.

INTRASCHOOL BOWLING
Years 1-6 children competed in our latest intraschool event today- bowling.
The children had great fun trying out a different sport with members from Blackpool and Wyre Bowling Association. Results will be announced in school tomorrow.

Reception induction video 2026 Welcome to our NEW family members!

Wow! You will have heard of the Race Across the World on BBC... some of our Year 6 pupils had their own, 'Race across the Counties' today.

The race started in Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire this morning and the first group back to school took victory. Today the winning group won by a mere 4 minutes! We all found it a great way to practice navigation skills.

Blackpool and Wyre Crown Green Bowling Academy came in this week to work with our Year 4 children. We love sharing our school with the local community and we had fun practising our bowling skills.

A huge congratulations to our boys’ football team who finished top of the local league after recent wins against Norbreck and Westcliffe. This fantastic achievement now sees them head to the Blackpool finals in June at Stanley Park. A big thank you to Mr Ellis for coaching them.
