🗺️🌳 Year 1 Geography – Exploring Our School Grounds! 🌳🗺️
Year 1 have been busy exploring our school grounds as part of their geography learning! 🌍

The children used their maps to read the map key and symbols, helping them identify and locate key features around our school. They worked together to follow their maps, spot different features and develop their map-reading skills. 🔎📍

It was fantastic to see the children putting their geography knowledge into practice while exploring our school environment! ⭐

A fantastic morning was had by all at the Key Stage 1 Multi-Sports event at St Bede's High School. The children showed amazing energy, skill and teamwork to complete 10 different activities that tested their agility, speed and co-ordination. The children left with a gold medal and some very happy memories! Also, a shout out to our Year 6 Sports Leaders who helped and encouraged the children throughout. 🏃🏃‍♀️🙆‍♂🎾🪙🥇💙
