Almost a wrap on the academic year but just a little reflection on some stats that we are incredibly proud of here at AENW

⭐️Over 4000 hours of education delivery, well being support and mentoring delivered

And we are already planning and onboarding for our new learners that will be joining us in September

NOMINATION STORIES 2026 💜 Access Education NW

"Our daughter has not been able to attend full time mainstream education for nearly four years due to unmet medical needs. She has had to attend Alternative Provision establishments with children who have been permanently excluded. This caused trauma for her and she was assaulted in school and harassed on social media.

We fought for an EHCP for her and I heard of Access Education NW providing tutoring at home. This has been life changing. She attends all her hours of tuition and is working hard to gain her GCSEs later this year.

Alison has been an integral part in finding the right tutor for our daughter and has used her knowledge to help us apply for the correct exams etc and liaise with the County SEND Team. They have given us hope where hope had been lost." 💜

When our amazing young people are asking for extra sessions ( even at weekends) in the GCSE run up then our amazing teachers must be doing A LOT right

⏰ All 2026 nominees are invited to enter We have 18 different categories to choose from depending on eligibility. Entries close at 11am on Wednesday 29 April
