The first 4 notes are a bit like drawing a circle or triangle out of the keys.

Try that a couple of times just to get started.

Now the next part sounds fast and crazy but it is so simple.

You are just going to go back and forth over the same 3 keys.

A # / Bb

And then start the entire sequence over again and repeat it 4 times.

Take it slow at first, you don't want to teach your muscle-memory how to do it wrong. After a couple of slow runs at it, you can start to speed it up but stay at a speed that is comfortable for you to get it right. You will have it much faster after just a couple of goes!! :)

Don't overcomplicate it in your mind.

It's just drawing a circle / triangle with the first 4 notes and then going back and forth over the next group of 3 notes.

The Guitars, Drum Kits, Keyboards, microphones, stage Christmas decorations (and some backup Santa hats, antlers and red noses in case anyone forgets to bring their show gear - This isn't my first time doing these shows) are all packed up in the trolleys and ready to take over to the school first thing tomorrow morning.

Who in Liverpool is up for a scavenger hunt this weekend?

Earlier today, I went into the city centre and hid some of our music school's business cards in various shops and food outlets.

For every location you find an R.O.C.K. Rise of the Cool Kids business card, as seen in the photo below, £1 will be knocked off your first musical instrument lesson (lessons would normally be £20 per half hour slot).

Simply take a photo of the cards in as many of their various mystery locations as possible and send your collection over to our page.

To get you started, I have hidden one in a window at Albert Dock...and it might not be the only one in that area 🤔

Remember both shops and food outlets are displaying our cards.

R O C K Rise Of The Cool Kids is excited to announce that, after the Easter Holidays, we will be available to provide entertainment for Children's Birthday Parties and other events.
