✨ End of Year Presentation & Awards Ceremony ✨
Alhamdulillah, today we celebrated our End of Year Presentation & Awards Ceremony, recognising the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our pupils throughout the academic year.
MashaAllah, with so many awards presented, every single pupil should feel incredibly proud of what they have accomplished. Your effort, perseverance, and growth have made this year one to remember, and we pray that Allah continues to place barakah in all that you do.
We were also blessed with wonderful performances from some of our girls, who beautifully recited nasheeds, delivered inspiring speeches, and shared hadiths. Their confidence, talent, and love for their deen made the occasion even more special.
A massive well done to all of our pupils, staff, and families for making this such a memorable day. It was a beautiful way to celebrate a successful academic year, and we make du'a that Allah grants our pupils beneficial knowledge, success in this life and the next, and steadfastness upon the straight path. Ameen. 🌸📚🏆

⚽🏆 What a fantastic Sports Day we have just had at Al Islah! 🏃♀️🎉
A huge well done and Jazakum Allahu Khayran to our wonderful PE teacher, Apa Kudsia, and our amazing Student Leadership Team for organising such a brilliant event. Their hard work, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the day a huge success.
Our girls threw themselves into every activity with incredible enthusiasm, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship. It was wonderful to see so much positivity, teamwork, encouragement, and healthy competition throughout the day. We are so proud of every single participant!
This year's Sports Day was themed around the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with each team representing a different nation. The excitement isn't over yet—we're looking forward to announcing our own World Cup champions once all the scores have been totalled!
And as football fever continues, we'll all be cheering on England this Wednesday in their semi-final clash against Argentina.
Come on, England! ⚽

This morning, we welcomed an external visitor, Nazia Khan from One Voice, who delivered two engaging and informative workshops for our girls on cancer awareness and dementia.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed both sessions and gained valuable knowledge throughout the morning. Nazia quickly built an excellent rapport with the pupils, creating a comfortable and interactive learning environment. She educated the girls about the different types of cancer, highlighting the importance of recognising signs and symptoms and the value of regular health checks and early detection.
The second workshop focused on dementia, where the girls learned about the condition, how it can affect individuals and their families, and ways to support people living with dementia. We are also proud to say that, through this session, our school has become a Dementia Friend.
We would like to thank Nazia Khan and One Voice for delivering such inspiring and informative workshops, which have helped raise awareness of these important health topics and empowered our pupils with knowledge that will benefit them now and in the future.

Today we celebrated Culture Day at our school. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the rich diversity within our school community. Pupils and staff from many different cultural backgrounds hosted stalls representing their countries and heritage. Each stall showcased information about their culture, traditions, history, food, clothing, and customs, giving everyone the chance to learn about and appreciate different parts of the world.
The girls also came to school dressed in beautiful traditional clothing representing their cultures and heritage. They looked absolutely amazing, and it was wonderful to see everyone wearing their outfits with such pride and confidence. Their colourful attire added to the vibrant atmosphere of the day and highlighted the many cultures that make our school community so special.
The event was a vibrant and enjoyable experience, encouraging curiosity, respect, and understanding among pupils and staff. It was wonderful to see everyone sharing their traditions with pride and learning from one another. Culture Day truly reflected our school's commitment to celebrating diversity, inclusion, and celebrating the many cultures that enrich our school.

⚽🌍 World Cup Fever Has Taken Over Our School! 🌍⚽
The countdown is on, and World Cup excitement is in full swing across our school! Staff and students have been busy selecting the teams they think will go all the way—although some predictions may be based more on favourite colours, or the best team mascots than football expertise!
Our corridor has been transformed into a celebration of the beautiful game, proudly displaying the flags of every nation competing in the tournament. The colourful display reflects the global spirit, unity, and excitement that football brings to millions of people around the world.
From passionate football fans to those who are simply enjoying the friendly rivalry, everyone is getting involved. Discussions are already underway, and we're sure there will be a few shocked faces when some predictions don't quite go to plan!
We wish all the competing nations the very best of luck and look forward to an exciting tournament filled with memorable moments, outstanding skill, and plenty of surprises.
Now the big question is... who will be lifting the trophy? 🏆⚽

May Allah reward all the students and staff who took part and made the day such a success. 🤍

Alhamdulillah, today our Year 10 students enjoyed a memorable trip to the Liverpool Empire Theatre to watch William Shakespeare’s Macbeth.
In this fresh interpretation, Out of Chaos invited audiences right into the heart of the story. With two award-winning actors performing more than 20 roles, Shakespeare’s brutal tragedy was brought to life in an exciting and high-octane 80-minute performance.
Presented in partnership with ATG Creative Learning, students also had the opportunity to take part in a free 20-minute structured Q&A with the company after the show.
Experiences like these provide valuable opportunities for our students to broaden their understanding of literature, develop confidence, and appreciate the arts beyond the classroom. We are proud to support enriching educational experiences that inspire reflection, learning, and personal growth.
