The beauty and aesthetics industry is changing and this is something I’ve been talking about with my students for a long time. ✨️
For years, accredited training has allowed therapists to train, gain insurance and offer advanced treatments. But with regulation and licensing moving closer, recognised regulated qualifications are becoming an increasingly important part of the conversation.
My advice? Don’t panic. Prepare.
I’ve had to navigate the regulated qualification world myself, which is exactly why I want to help other therapists understand their options rather than wait until changes affect them.
Being proactive now gives you time to look at your existing qualifications, understand where any gaps may be and choose the right pathway for you.
You don’t need to stop everything you’re doing tomorrow.
But you DO need to start paying attention.
