The ‘Live 'n' Learn’ course runs over 10 weeks, 2 sessions per week including Tuesday and Wednesday, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.

This course will help you improve your English skills, integrate and access local community services, set clear job goals, and improve your confidence in ready to embark on your career.

Heatwaves have been difficult for all of us this summer, so Halina ensured our families settling in the UK were well informed about the dangers of sun damage and preventative methods to help cool themselves and their infants down.

Make a difference this Eid and help us gift our beneficiaries vital IT equipment that will help open doors for them and their families.

During Ramadan 2022 our Afghan beneficiaries residing in Lancashire and Wigan visited the beautiful Raza Jamia Masjid in Accrington.

This Masjid was opened in 2017 and has an area of around 42,000 sq ft, the overall cost of the facilities was approximately £8.5M.

The Masjid was a fascinating visit for these families as they were able to find a sense of community and explore one of the largest mosques in England.

A big thank you to Raza Jamia Masjid on behalf of all the staff at Al Hayat for giving them a tour of the mosque and hosting an extravagant Iftar meal for our beneficiaries.

Our first Integration visit was to the Liverpool World Museum. The Afghan families discovered incredible objects from around the world, met live creatures, and explored outer space.
