We're proud to celebrate the successful ๐ฆ๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ก๐ outcome of our recent Ofsted Inspection of Initial Teacher Education at Blackburn College.
We achieved โStrong standardโ across all areas of the inspection, carried out under Ofstedโs new and highly rigorous framework, with inspectors recognising the high standards, professionalism and commitment demonstrated by our staff, mentors and trainee teachers throughout the process.

One stand out T-Level student, Layla Patel, 18, achieved a Distinction* in T-Level Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction and has received an unprecedented four Degree Apprenticeship offers in Quantity Surveying, accepting a Degree Apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying at Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd highlighting the growing demand from employers for technically skilled young people.
It was fantastic to welcome students to celebrate and collect their results.
