So frustrating, when we have provided a service to a school back in May and are still chasing the payment for the services delivered.

After numerous emails and communication regarding this, some ignored and others replied with promises to pay that week and then not delivered is totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately, as a small independent business, with overheads, it now looks like we are going to have to escalate this to the small claims court.

Something I never thought we would need to do for a school, but when it is affecting the business and can't meet overheads or pay staff wages because of it then, action needs to be taken.

Rest assured this school will not receive our services again going forward.
