Modern CQC uses the latest scientific research to teach a principle rather than technique combat system that can be learnt in a very short space of time.

We are a fun, friendly bunch of people who are interested in training and learning simple but effective unique drills based programme. This is the same operationally proven training model used by the military and police. This is not a martial arts club in the sense there are no gradings and no complicated moves. However, being a member of Modern CQC does not preclude membership of any other martial arts club or organisation.
