Three new young lads started their Karate journey this evening.
What pleased me the most was that all of the young students helped the newcomers! Testament and credit to themselves and their families for carrying on the values that have been taught to so many...I am so proud of all of you...

Te-Ashi-Do Karate Bishops Stortford is run By Sensei Alan Worrell, 3rd Dan, and is part of the founder part of Te-Ashi-Do Karate Clubs based primarily in Epping, Essex. This was combined with 4 years of boxing training unto the age of 17. I'm immensely proud of the progress made this calendar year.
Some have gained two grades, some only the one. What's important is that everyone is improving and better than they were.
