Choosing the depth coaching experience is a compelling way to step into your ability to renew your life. Seeking and exploring new ways of be-ing can be purposeful, exciting and empowering. Together we create space for your inner knowing to be witnessed through your own expressive creativity with words, images and symbol. Tensions in life stem from our interactions and we come to know ourselves through creating reflection time to look at these interchanges with our environment and with other people. As we are informed by insights about our stories we are in a process of formation – literally in-formation. We can progress on this developmental growth journey and learn to become comfortable with being individual and with being able to express our uniqueness, whilst being a confident and happy participant of all our relationships. You get to choose who you are becoming through recognition of your values and your strengths and you develop clarity about your goals and objectives from a place of expanded awareness and discernment.
My own journeywork has allowed me to challenge my assumptions, my predictions, my perspectives and my expectations. I realised that what I believe decides the options I can see before me – and that they can stop me from seeing other possibilities. This realisation helped me to break through my resistances to move towards my dreams and to fulfil them. The personal work I continuously undertake allows me to offer you the empathy that comes from my own lived experience. I work with individuals from the standpoint of their own self-development through journeywork into their own inner landscape and I also support people who want to develop particular business skills and capabilities or who want to envision next steps in the workplace. I am qualified as a Certified Creative Depth Coach through JourneyPath Institute, which involved a full year of intensive training.
I am JourneyCircles™ Facilitator and MoonCircles™ Guide, again trained through JourneyPath Institute.
I am a Mindshop Accredited Leader through Mindshop, which allows me to offer leadership and business coaching.
In my earlier years I qualified and worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist. I no longer work as a physiotherapist but this knowledge and experience informs my coaching and has inspired my interest in embodied coaching.

I offer a free initial 20 minute zoom call for you to ask questions and to see if we are a good fit.
Thereafter an initial discovery session is £100.
Subsequent hourly sessions are £80.
