LUKE'S VILLAGE SHOP & CAFE
7.30am - 6pm Mon-Fri, to 5pm on Sats, to 1pm on Sundays Designed for Social Gatherings, Wedding Receptions, Educational Courses, Weekly Meetings, Children's Activities, Private Parties and Village Activities as well as as a Conference Centre. The main hall provides seating for up to 150 people and cost

s £15 per hour for non-residents and £12 for residents to book. The conference room provides seating for up to 30 people and costs £12 per hour for non-residents and £10 per hour for residents to book. Full use of the kitchen costs £10 per hour for non-residents and £8 per hour for residents. Preparation of cold buffets - £10 per session - includes dishwasher, hot water and kettle only
Light use of the kitchen costs £5 per session - tea and coffee making only
The entire centre can be booked for £300 per day. with access on the days before and after the event for setting up and clearing up - £350
with access for the whole day before and til 12 noon the day after the event - £400
A deposit of £100 will be required, repayable if the Centre is left clean and tidy and equipment properly put away. All prices correct from March 2022. The hire of the Village Centre is entirely at the discretion of the Management Committee who reserve the right to refuse requests. The minimum age for hiring the Centre is 21.
