A great start to the day at Tigers! 🍳🥓

A big thank you to a few of our construction team who got the morning off to a brilliant start by cooking up breakfast for everyone! 🙌

It’s the little things that make a difference, bringing our team together, sharing a bit of food and starting Friday on a positive note. 🧡

Our wellness walks give our young people the opportunity to step away from the learning environment, get some fresh air, talk openly with their trainers and each other, and take a moment to reset.

Sometimes a walk and a conversation can make a big difference. 🚶‍♀️
This World Mental Health Day, we're reminded how important it is for everyone to have and help create spaces to talk, listen, connect and support one another.

Our Construction Team recently took part in su***de prevention training in construction with SAMH!

Following the training, the team took time to pause, reflect and reset through breathwork, Yin Yoga, meditation and sound therapy. A chance to acknowledge what was on their minds, let go of what they could, and focus on being present 🌿🧘🏻‍♀️

A powerful way to start the week with intention, gratitude and a reminder that looking after ourselves and each other matters 🧡
