Job Opportunity at Bishopbriggs Village Nursery

Bishopbriggs Village Nursery (G64) is currently seeking to fill a position for Maternity Leave cover within our staff team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Practitioner to support the well-being and development of children aged 3-5 years.

Our nursery is known for its unique and intimate setting, which fosters stimulating learning environments and encourages positive relationships with both children and parents.

Position Details:
Role: Early Years Practitioner
Work Schedule: Term-time position, 26 hours per week (Mon, Tue, Thur, & Fri)
Hours: 08:15am-2.45pm
Salary: Competitive

Qualifications Required
-SVQ 3 Childhood Practice (or equivalent) or HNC Childhood Practice (or equivalent).
- Candidates should hold SVQ2 & 3 or NC & HNC qualifications suitable for SSSC registration.

The transition into the role is anticipated to begin as soon as possible on a two-day week (Wed & Fri) basis until the new term in August 2025.
