A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the Chew Valley 10K such a fantastic success!

We would like to thank the Chew Valley 10k organising committee for putting together such a wonderful community event and for allowing us to be a part of their amazing day for so many years. Thank you for supporting us to all of the runners who took part, and the spectators who came along to cheer everyone on.

Most importantly, we want to give a special thank you to our amazing preschool parents and staff as well as the community members who generously worked hard all week to bake the most delicious cakes for our cake stall. The incredible support, time, and effort that went into creating such a fantastic selection of treats helped make the day extra special.

We are so lucky to have such a wonderful team of families, staff and supporters around our preschool. Thanks to your generosity, we raised £1534.55 which will go towards making our preschool the very best place for our children to learn, play, and grow.

🎂 It’s a very cake heavy to do list this week! 🎂

A friendly reminder to please drop off all cake donations to the preschool by Friday 5th June.

Alternatively, donations can be dropped off at Bishop Sutton Village Hall on:
📍 Saturday 6th June, 12:00pm–4:00pm
📍 Sunday morning (early drop-off available)

⚠️ Please note that there will be no vehicle access on Sunday morning, so please plan accordingly.

Thank you for your support – all money raised goes directly to our preschool. The money raised supports resources, equipment, activities and learning opportunities that enrich the children’s experience and help our preschool continue to thrive.

🍰 Cake Sale at Chew Valley 10K! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

If you’re taking part in or spectating at the Chew Valley 10K come and find us at Bishop Sutton Village Hall on the morning of Sunday 7th June for tea and coffee with plenty of homemade cakes, bakes and sweet treats available!

We’re also looking for cake donations to help make the stall a success. Whether it’s cupcakes, brownies, traybakes or a showstopper cake, every bake is welcome.
