I am thrilled to announce that I will be teaching Yin Yoga & Breathwork classes starting next week. Yin Yoga is a gentle and introspective style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive poses targeting deep connective tissues. It is a wonderful practice for relaxation, flexibility, and inner peace.

Itโs completely normal for our minds to wander during meditation. Thoughts come and go, and distractions arise. But remember, the true essence of meditation is not about having a perfectly still mind. Instead, itโs about recognising when our mind starts to wander and gently guiding our awareness back to our point of focus. ๐ธ๐ง
Every time we notice our thoughts drifting and bring ourselves back, we build our mindfulness and strengthen our ability to stay present. Itโs a practice of self-awareness, patience, and gentle persistence. ๐๐ซ
So, the next time you meditate, donโt be too hard on yourself if your mind starts to wander. Acknowledge it, and softly bring your attention back to your breath, mantra, or the present moment. Each time you do this, youโre nurturing your mind and soul. ๐ฟโค๏ธ
