Our HopeLine 24/7 number has changed, and we want to make sure you always have the right one.
The new number is 0300 102 2470.
The service itself hasn't changed. Same trained advisers. Same confidential support. Same around-the-clock availability. And the new number saves us thousands of pounds every year, money that goes straight back into the work that matters. Our old number still works as we transition to the new number.

Please share this post. The more people who have the right number, the more young lives we can reach.
We're still here. We always will be. π

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is valuable because it equips people with the knowledge and confidence to recognize early signs of mental health challenges and respond appropriately. Just like physical first aid, it helps individuals provide initial support, reduce stigma, and guide someone towards professional help when needed.
This course is suitable for anyone over 16 years -
