There will be no class tonight due to weather and travel conditions. Thursday morning is still on. I will post on here if anything changes.This Thursday (14th Dec) is my last Thursday morning class.
Due to the pressures of work I have had to give up the morning classes. A big thank you to Suzie and Mike at the Holistic Practice for hosting the class. It is a wonderful venue with wonderful people

Monday 6.15 pm Scout Hut, Selly Oak
Thursday 6.30 am Holistic Practice, Sutton Coldfield

Back to "normal" this week...

Due to mundane but pressing work commitments there will be no classes from Sept 20 until Oct 4th.
Tonight's class is on as usual.
