Wonderful to see Santa back at Greenwood!

Admission to the event is free. Entry to to the grotto costs £2 per child over the age of 1 year. Adults go free. The ticket includes access to the Grotto Walkthrough, meeting all of the characters along the way, an opportunity to meet Santa and receive a small gift. You are welcome to take as many photographs as you wish on your own device with the various characters in the Grotto and with Santa himself. Santa on the Vale is a Christmas Fayre with performances, activities, stalls selling a range of Christmas goods and other novelties - we are delighted to be back providing our wonderful community with an affordable Christmas event.

In piecing together some of the history of Castle Vale School for the 50th anniversary, one piece of much talked about footage alluded us so we were very pleased to be sent a link today to ‘Troublemakers’ featuring a number of pupils and of course a lot of footage of the old school building in the 80’s.
