The Loom Weaver
Ridhayatullah theatre presents the story of Fatemah, daughter and heiress to Muhammad the prophet pbuh, who was responsible in weaving together the fabric of his prophetic family. She was divinely chosen to provide the foundation for the religion of her father, symbolising the esoteric reverence God attributed to her. The loom weaver will capture audiencesβ imagination highlighting Lady Fatemahβs role as the divinely appointed epitome of all the women of the worlds. It begins with her blessed marriage in Madinah during 6th Century post-migratory Islam and ends with her unfortunate death that was the pivotal turning point of human history.
